The Home School Guild wishes you and your family a beautiful Christmas and a Blessed New Year. We hope you find the all too precious time during this hectic time of the year to pause and reflect on the true meaning of season, and see the wonderment of Christmas through the eyes of your children.

We would like to tell you about our upcoming major fundraiser for the Home School Guild, the Casino & Sweepstakes Night on Saturday March 24, 2012. Mark your calendars now & plan on attending this all new event combining the best of the Fall Sweepstakes and the Vegas Night event. The Casino & Sweepstakes Night will have grand prize drawings totaling $11,000 (winner need not be present) and fun-filled Vegas style gaming, carnival games, food concessions, bar, Chinese Auction, raffles, fabulous door prizes (Flat Screen TV) & the popular Lucky Duck! Tickets are just $30 per person and include admission, entry in the cash drawings $11,000 in prizes, food & drinks!

Here is the really exciting news!!! We have a sales based incentive program for our families. For every ten tickets your family sells, you will be entered in a drawing for an ipad! That is right an ipad – VERY COOL!!! So you sell 20 tickets, 2 entries, 30 tickets, 3 entries. The drawing will occur on March 23rd. Good luck!

We will be sending out regular information on the Casino & Sweepstakes event after the first of the year letting you know all the exciting opportunities for you to get involved. We have also enclosed our “Island of Misfit Toys” flyer reminding everyone that recycling an unwanted Christmas gift is a great idea!
