Dear Parents,
Registration is now open for the 2012-2013 school year! Included in this packet are the forms you need to secure a spot at Queen of Heaven School for your child/ren.
Due to its popularity and convenience, Queen of Heaven is making the direct debit (ACH) method of tuition payment mandatory for those families who wish to pay their tuition in monthly installments. If you select the option of paying monthly, please complete the ACH form included in your registration packet and return it to the school office with your registration forms. As always, we continue to offer the option of payment in full for those families who wish to do so.
You are encouraged to complete the registration packet and return it to school on or before Friday, February 10, 2012. Remember that the completed registration includes the registration fee of $75. If you have any questions about the registration process, please call the school office at 674-5206.
