The mission of Queen of Heaven School is
to educate children in a faith-filled Catholic environment that provides a
foundation for life by fostering academic excellence,
moral integrity and service to others.
Dear Prospective Families,
Thank you for considering Queen of Heaven for your child’s next home!
Queen of Heaven is like home to our students and alumni. It is always so great to have our graduates come back to visit. Recently, over 25 members of the Class of 1969 came together for a reunion and a tour of the school. It was great to hear of the things that they remembered most: having gym in the lower level (cafeteria), 8th grade graduation, teachers, classrooms, and the different flooring throughout the building! The majority of their conversations with me were about the friendships they had and the way those friends (and their parents) are still like family to them today.
Faith, Family, Service. These are the hallmarks of our school. Along with the academic rigor in the classrooms, our students practice their faith on a daily basis in the classrooms and a weekly basis in our masses and prayer services. Family among the students comes naturally. The small class sizes foster a small, caring community and our clubs, sports, and other activities help to increase that support for one another.
At this time, registration for the 2025-2026 school year is open. I would like to personally invite you and your child to make our home at Queen of Heaven School your home as well. Come visit the school and take a tour. We have 2 Open Houses: 1/29 and 2/13 from 5:00-7:00pm. Personal tours are also given during the day to see the Eagles in action or after school from 3:00-5:00pm. Just call the office to make an appointment at 716-674-5206.
As a product of Catholic education from first grade through twelfth grade, I understand first-hand the spiritual and financial commitment my parents made for me. Fr. Greg and I believe that no child should be denied a Catholic education. To that end, our tuition continues to be affordable for the 2025-2026 school year. Financial aid, if needed, is available through the Bison Scholarship Fund and through our parish office.
While you are considering placement for next year, please let me know if I can answer any questions for you.
Our school is poised to remain active and ready to grow!
After 12 years as principal, I spell home…QofH!
Sincerely,
Mary Damico, Principal
