Registration Fee: $100.00 (non-refundable) Per Child .
Re-Registration fee is $150 after March 31, 2025.

Student Technology and Consumable Fee (STaC) $200 per family (non-refundable) due with registration fee.

A Complete New Student Registration Packet Includes:

Registration Paperwork filled out completely (located below)
Registration fee
HSG Family commitment form completed
Catholic Tuition Grant Program (CTGP) Form completed (For parishioners of parishes other than QH)
Birth Certificate (email copy to admissions @qofhschool.org)
Immunization Record (email copy to admissions @qofhschool.org)
Transcript Request Form (For students transferring in from another school)
